We proudly present:
Many thanks to Krithika Mohan @krithicism for the scoreboard graphics!
Left Kidney:

The trolls on Team BK couldn’t keep up with Team B-cell Modulators. Team B-cell Modulators with the easy win. Can anybody stop them?
B-cell Modulators wins 8-1
Comments from the BRP:
“The IgA nephropathy hype train has too much momentum. And B-cell targets are the most promising of the bunch, so it moves onto the championship game.”
“The trolls of transplant are tough- but with the new b-cell targets we will need less transplants! IgA treatment for the win.”
Right Kidney:
Team POCUS in AKI got out to an early lead and were winning comfortably at half time, but foul trouble in the second half led to Team C3G Treatment clawing their way back into the game. A buzzer beater sealed the win for Team C3G Treatment! They’re now only one win away from completing an amazing run.
C3G Treatment wins 5-4
Comments from the BRP:
“Probably the hardest matchup so far – I just think that the generalizability and use of POCUS deserves a seat in the championship game. C3G treatments are exciting when the occasion arises, but POCUS is used multiple times a day, and needs to be highlighted!”
Stay tuned for the NephMadness 2026 Champion announcement on April 10, 2026!
