Call for a New Editor-in-Chief for AJKD

The American Journal of Kidney Diseases (AJKD) has been under the leadership of Dr Harold I. Feldman for two terms, and it is time to begin the search for the next Editor-in-Chief. As Dr Feldman’s term will end on December 31, 2026, the National Kidney Foundation is now actively seeking applications for this role to manage and lead the Journal for a five-year term beginning January 1, 2027.

Successful applicants will have an international reputation as an outstanding clinician, clinical investigator, and educator in nephrology; a demonstrated commitment to academic peer review; and an unwavering commitment to quality, integrity, and the principles of academic freedom for the purpose of disseminating outstanding scholarship in nephrology.
